I am an elementary school teacher who currently teaches second grade in the Hauppauge School District. I have years of experience teaching all elementary grades as well. I spent my entire childhood attending camp and spent 11 summers as a camper and counselor at sleepaway camp. I joined the Driftwood family in 2011 and this will be my fourteenth summer at Driftwood. Before becoming a Division Leader for first and second grade girls, I was also a counselor and group leader at Driftwood, so I can understand everyone’s role in camp and help them to be successful. Driftwood is my favorite place to be because of the relationships I create with my fellow staff members and campers. Driftwood is my second home and my second family, and I couldn’t imagine life without it!
