Teaching 1st Grade Special Education for the NYC Department of Education is incredibly rewarding. But I am beyond lucky to be spending my 14th summer at Driftwood this year. Driftwood is my happy place, and I couldn’t imagine spending my summer anywhere else! I truly mean it when I say I live 10 for 2! In my spare time I enjoy playing pickleball, the new craze. I also love to explore, and eat, all around New York City!
Each summer I get the opportunity to watch our campers learn, grow, and develop into confident children who feel as though they can conquer anything! The partnership between the staff, campers, and parents is truly unbelievable!
