We cannot thank you enough for another amazing summer at Driftwood.  In the past we try to think of things that would take our experience to the next level.  We couldn’t think of anything this year, which is shocking.  So…we decided to make a top 10 list of things that made the summer AWESOME in the hopes that you like positive feedback.

1. Looking back at past years, you always responded to this email AND ACTUALLY DID THE THINGS WE ASKED (facial recognition, picture day, detailed dress up day calendar).

2. Ayla was in Minnows F with Kristin.  She gives 110% everyday and it shows.  Her attitude and attention to detail is unmatched.

3. The communication.  This is your gold star, no other camp does this.

4. We love not having to send a thing – towels, wet bag, backpack and water provided.

5. Every year we annoy you that we MUST be the first stop picked up in the morning.  Thank you for honoring this with a smile.

6. Spirit.  My kids come home BEYOND MESSY screaming cheers.  This is camp at its finest, thank you.

7. You invest back in the camp.  I can justify the expense when I can see the results.

8. Easy to accomplish spirit days with tons of notice.

9. Easy tipping and payment options.

10. Our kids are happy.

We believe deeply in camp.  Matt attended and worked at five different day camps in NJ for 18 years.  I attended and worked at camp for way too long.  We are both are in customer service roles as adults (dentist and fundraiser).  All of this is to say, we know how hard this job is but we also know how camp can change a child’s life.  Thank you for working to live up to the challenge.  See ya in 2025.
